MindBlink support
MindBlink is the second brain you talk to: capture thoughts in under two seconds, and live with something that actually knows you.
Common questions
- Where is my data? Your thoughts sync to your private brain on our servers; everything you see is traceable to your own words. See the privacy policy.
- Export / delete: both live in the app — Settings → Your data → Export everything, and Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and complete.
- Subscription:MindBlink Plus is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Settings → MindBlink Plus, or your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Capture from anywhere:add the Control Center button (Customize Control Center → Capture Thought), assign Back Tap (Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap → Capture a Thought), or say "Ask MindBlink" to Siri.
- Coming from the original MindBlink app: export your captures there (Settings → Export → JSON), then in this app: Settings → Your data → Import a MindBlink export.
