MindBlink terms of use

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of the MindBlink app for iPhone and Apple Watch, the MindBlink web companion, and the service behind them (together, “MindBlink”). By creating an account or using MindBlink, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use MindBlink.

If you got MindBlink from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where the two conflict about the app itself, Apple's agreement wins; these terms add the rules for the MindBlink service.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Apple ID secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher) to use MindBlink. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account); that erases your data as described in our privacy policy.

Your content is yours

Everything you capture, import, or ask, and everything MindBlink writes from it, belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit it only as needed to run MindBlink for you — including sending it to the service providers named in the privacy policy, such as the AI providers that do the processing. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or claim any other rights to it.

Don't put content into MindBlink that you don't have the right to use. If you create a public share link, you're responsible for what you choose to share and with whom.

AI output can be wrong

MindBlink uses AI to extract memories, write briefings and drafts, and answer questions. AI can misread, misremember, or state things that aren't true. Every answer cites the captures it came from so you can check — please do, before relying on it. MindBlink is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and it is not for emergencies. Health and mood notes are estimates for your own reflection, not a diagnosis. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Fair use

Please don't misuse MindBlink: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get around its limits or security; no automated bulk use outside the features we offer; no use to harass anyone or to store or share content that's illegal. MindBlink applies daily usage limits to keep the service available and affordable for everyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Changes and availability

MindBlink is an evolving product. We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app. If we ever shut MindBlink down, we'll give you notice and time to export everything.

Disclaimers and liability

MindBlink is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of MindBlink; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for MindBlink in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.
